When September Ends- Part One Under Way! Started work again!!!

Hey this is Bigmac 8) This is my new game When September Ends !The plot is as follows-:
A young scottish boy Chris catches a glimpse of the gadget ofÃ,  his dreams. A kind of VR helmet that takes him into games and tv programmes! But when he tests it out it goes horribly wrong!

RightÃ,  that's enough telling, I better start showing.

Right guys this is as far as I have got(Working Rooms) and basically I have just started. ButÃ,  I will keep you updated.

p.s This game will have Family Guy style comedy(e.g. Completely Random!)ie This is not a completely serious game.

I am currently at the stage of making a demo of the game. It will not be very long but hey, it's better than nothing

Okay guys! Thanks to the combined loss of time of my two week holiday just there and the studying for the fourth year prelims, the demo release has been postponed. I will try to finish it in any spare time I have but there's no promises.

I thought I would add a rough percentage of how I'm getting on.
- graphics 35%
- puzzles 42%
- scripting 35%
- music/sound 90%

Just a suggestion, you don't appear to have any shading.  It will help your graphics a lot.  Unless you want everything to look flat.

Other than that it sounds good.

Cluey I'm guessing your talking about the Billy Joe from Green Day, I never noticed the similarities before.
monkey_05_o6- cheerz for your suggestion but I'm not really looking to do shading. Animation in this resolution is hard enough.

I'm just posting to say that there has been a new screenshot posted. And also if anyone was wondering, I called the game 'When September Ends' because I decided to use the song by green day as it's theme tune.Don't tell them!

 Right demo will be done in about a week. It would be coming sooner but unfortunetly I realised that alone computer with drawn rooms that are not saved + little brother don't mixÃ,  >:(Ã,  :'(

I've just realised how long it has been since I've posted a screenshot of the game. So here's a picture of a room I recently made.It's not quite finished but hey it's better than nothing.And also I can't make a demo for when I said obviously for the time I quoted.I will try and finish it soon.

Hello again!Ã, 
now that my prelims have started I have study leave!(YAAY!!)
So now I might have time to get this product started up again. I have started work on it again, doing sprites and backgrounds. I have now found joy in the wondrous world of flash. I was wondering would it be possible to put a flash movie within the game? And if not would it be possible to convert a flash file into a GIF or something within flash itself?
It would be good if anyone could help me with this. PM me if you can help me!
