Presenting the demo for Chucksy the Great!

Some screenshots

A bright and cheery game as you can see with no subversive or adult content whatsoever...

seriously...

none...

Anyway, this demo acts as a prologue to a game that I would love to make but I probably don't have the time. I started making it in 2.7 and just spent the day updating everything in it to AGS3.

I'm putting what I've made so far up here in the hopes that I will get positive feedback and continue making the game, and also so that people can act as beta testers and tell me what's wrong with it (like why does the screen get cut off at the sides on some computers).

Why not have a look, it's only 5 - 10 minutes long. Download it here

it's 12mb by the way, and don't worry, I didn't use file factory, I'm hosting it myself.

Please provide a little information on what the game is about!  It looks pretty interesting...

About? alright, you play a blueberry called Chucksy and you have roughly one tenth of an adventure.

You live on a Caribbean-style beach with your friends who are also fruit and veg and you play jazz trumpet in a band. I was going for whimsical. Musics not bad either.

Just finished the demo. Loved it.

Just one thing:

Spoiler
On the second round of the music puzzle, you need the notes on the buttons to change when you get them right, like the first round. Makes it a bit easier...

Well thank you,

also
Spoiler

I purposely didn't have the notes change the second time as the first round was to get you used to it and the second was supposed to be harder. Although It could be explained a lot better in the game. maybe I will make the second round of notes change. Anyone else have thoughts on it?

Finally I'm not sure if we need to hide spoilers, it's only a demo and I'd like to get an open discussion going, all of the input I get from the AGS community has proved very helpful.
