Where can I find the 2.7 version now ?
And, the help file available in ags 271 is for 271 or it is for 270 ?

Available where?
The one that comes with the download relates to that version - so if you've got V2.7 it's for V2.7, if you've got V2.71 it's for V2.71, if you've got one of the V2.72 betas, it's for the V2.72 beta.
The Online Version (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/manual/) relates to the most recent full version (i.e. V2.71).
