my ags is not working

i just tried to open ags and it said it couldnt open becuase the room file is not in the same file as ags editor help me some one so i can start designing i uses a izarc zip program

I believe the tutorial that comes with the download would be useful to you at this point.  It is located in the manual.

It sounds like you're trying to run the AGS program from within the ZIP file itself while it's still compressed.

Don't try running the AGS program from within the ZIP file itself. You need to first un-zip (uncompress) the whole file.
You say you got Izarc installed as I suggested to you, so now, go to the folder where the AGS zip file is saved. Right-Click on the AGS zipped file, and you should now see an "Izarc" option on the menu. Select the "Izarc" from the menu and choose "Extract Here". The whole AGS zipped fille will now be un-compressed into the current folder you're in. Now, look for the new AGS folder and run the AGS program from there.

*BTW: the Beginner area is probably not the best place to ask non-AGS-specific type of questions (as this is more of a technical question about the ZIP file itself, but I guess we can let it slide as you're still new here and thought it was a problem specific to AGS)Ã,  , anyways rather perhaps the General area is better for techinal types of questions not specifically related to AGS.
