Icon Index Tab Question

I was wondering -- next to my game icon, it says AGS and Chris Jones. Is this part of the index tab he asks us to leave alone, or is this something else? If we are allowed to change it, how do I do it? I'm using version 3.1.1.

I attached a screenshot, since I'm not sure how to explain it:

That's information most developers leave in their applications, and you can't change them. Check any program file on your computer for its properties/version, and you'll usually find some legal info there, as well as version numbers and the like.

Yes, you can't change that legal info.

In a future version I would like to enable you to change those two bits of information that appear in XP's Tiles view, but it's actually a fairly complicated thing to add to the compiler which is why it hasn't been done yet.
