Hi, Ive literaly started using AGS. Been working my way through the tutorials but have a couple of issues. Within the General Settings panel you are able to change the screen resolution. However in the room panel the screen size still reamains at 320x200.

Secondly I have an issue when testing my first attempt at testing the walkable areas and the walk behinds. These work fine, my problem is im getting a black screen when f5 is pressed with what looks like a C64 loading screen behind it.
I dont think I can explain it better than that ive just taken some screenshots of how the screen should look and what it actualy does look like.

Thanks in advance.

That's normal but it shouldn't bother you (just the coordinates are in 320x200).

I don't know why your screen is black, but it's normal that f5 opens the save-screen and f7 the restore-screen. Shouldn't bother you either, you can change that later if you want to.

1) Since a room doesn't have to use the same dimensions as the resolution (it can be bigger), the editor display won't change until a background is imported.

2) A C64 loading screen? Is it flashing like crazy?
You've accidentally imported more than one room background, having activated the background animation (which uses the backgrounds as animation frames).
In the Room details, where it says "Background to display", select the one below "Main background" in the drop box, then click delete. Use the "Change..." button to re-import the main background.
