how do I add a new topic (not a new option in a topic)??

wow, what version are you using. its been changed since, but back a couple releases ago, you have to scroll down to find the button to add a new dialog. its hard to find on your own.

In version 2.55 you have to scroll... I use it still ;D

I have 2.56, and I have to scroll. Isn't 2.56 the latest build?
