Title: Alt-Tab problems (i hate windows)
Post by: Dan_N on Mon 14/08/2006 17:22:02
I hate windows, but i hate microsoft more.

Anyway.

To the task at hand. I have a problem i have just dicovered: after i alt-tab from my game (i was doing that to get a screenshot) the background sound in the room i'm in stops and only starts when i come back in the room and also, when the game is supposed to display something it displays it alright, but the darn thing dissapears immediately after the display command is executed. (i assume, as i only catch a white thingy appear where the box should be very quick, sometime)
This problem might seem a bit advanced, but i am a beginner, therefore you must explain how to solve this VERY SIMPLY (me dim a bit).
So, will no-one come and rescue me from my cunnundrum (is that spelled right?). Please?

(P.S.: am using AGS 2.71)

You can set the game to continue in the background with:

SetMultitaskingMode (1);
