I've got my hotspot. How do I get it to exit the game completely?

Also how do I launch the load box via a hotspot.

And furthermore how do I 'reset' the game via hotspot.

First of all, know how to add an interaction with a hotspot click (manual). Then, look up QuitGame (manual), RestartGame (manual).
Status: Trying to come up with some ideas...
