Can this example cause the game to crash?

If room1 is set to play music5 on load and room2 is set to play music5 on load and you move from room1 to room2, does it try to load up the music again if it is already playing?  Should you always stop the music when exiting a room and before entering a room that will load up music?

My example is that I have two hallways in a house.  You move from hallway1 directly to hallway2 and they both load up the same music.    If you enter any  of the rooms off of the hallway, they all have their own music so.... leaving those rooms you would go back to the hallway music.
My Games:

Hauntings Of Mystery Manor
Intrigue At Oakhaven
Haunting at Cliffhouse

It won't cause a crash. And it won't load the music again if you go to another room which plays the same music. It just continues it. So, you don't have to stop the music before entering the second room.

Yes, just don't stop the music, and it'll keep going.
