However, Khaveen did end up releasing a demo, which is hosted on this site (https://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/259/).
For one thing, the download links there are broken - I took them from The Internet Archive (https://archive.org/details/space-quest-3-vga-non-playable).
Then it doesn't manage to load on newer Windows. I've found out if you copy acwin.exe from the latest stable AGS version into the demo's folder and run "acwin.exe --setup" from the command line, then run acwin.exe instead of the game's own exe, then it works.
...without sound though.
Can you either remove the demo, state that it doesn't work in newer Windows or fix it via the aforementioned ways?
