dont jump at me. i have very simple question: i created a character (with view, loop, ect.) and did everything in the touritorial (e.g. view no. and room 1 and "game player")
and yet this is the problem: When I try it I always get the image of Roger! If I try to make Roger start in room "-1" and test it, I see no image at all. Please tell me what to do. All the other issues I have already done. I have Windows XP.

I HAVE TRIED IT IN MANY GAME. COULD IT BE THE VIEW OF THE CARACTERS? I CAN SEND YOU IN MESSENGER THE FILE OF THE CARACTER THAT I TRIED TO EXPORTED SUSSECFULLY. DO YOU HAVE SUGGESTION?  SORRY ABOUT MY REACTION! I AM WORKING ON IT FOR 2 DAYS. IT SEEM SO SIMPLE!

First you tell us to not jump on you, then you go and yell in your last two posts. How does that help make us want to help you anymore? It doesn't. You really do need to calm down when posting. Just remember: Life goes on. Its not the end of the world. Like you said, this is just a simple problem, and we'll get it sorted out. Once its figured out, would all this stress, worry and yelling worth it? No.

What strazer and Scummbuddy mean is that typing ALL IN CAPS is like shouting at people all the time, and isn't likely to make them want to help. If you want to use your new character instead of Roger, try changing his normal view to the one you made, and see if that works.

If you do get fed up, you could import all of your sprites on top of rogers in a new game.

--- But first---

is your 'hide player character' in the first room, checked?
is your player character told to be in the correct room?  better yet, tell us what room number he's set to be in.

1. sorry for the big letters. it was by exident.
2. the room number is 1.
3. even when i tried to change roger in the view editor
it still doenst help.
4. i tried to make roger in room -1 so it does not appeare and it worked but no image appeared.
5. would some one pls try to write the exect order of what i should do? word by word. may be i create my character the wrong way. although i see it as a character but just not when i try it. where it could disapear?

I know what the problem is: The frames of your character are 320x240 pixels big!

Just crop them so they look like this (I've cropped this one to 20x60 pixels):



You see your character was in the room, but since its frames were so huge and your art was in the upper left corner, it wasn't visible.
