room properties

I feel like a complete idiot for having to ask this, but in version 3.3, how do you get to the room properties menu? It's been ages since I've used AGS, but I thought double clicking on "edit room" usually made it pop up. There's nothing in the manual about it, and I haven't been able to find anything in the forums either.

If the window is gone, get it back by going to the menu: Window -> Properties
