Im making my backgrounds in Topdraw, but when i send them to AGS there are dots all over the picture and the colours are all over the place. My AGS game is set to high colour so i dont understand why the background isn't being imported to look the same as it does when i create it in Topdraw ? Please help.....im going insane!

Seen as ive said the game is set to 16 colour i dont see how that link helps - if it's set to high colour, then backgrounds colour should be fine - but it's not ?!

From topdraw, save as BMP. Or take a screenshot, open MS Paint, paste, and save that as BMP. Import in AGS.
If you're referring to walkbehinds and the like, you may have a bunch of color precision troubles.

I am saving as BMP in Topdraw and importing into Photo Express to re size (as cant re size in pixels in Topdraw untill bought the package), then importing to AGS but still these dots and loss of colour. Ive even tried changing to 256 colour and make my own pallet, but same problem  :( Does anyone know a free paint programme i can download and try ?
