cant copy and paste pics to your post?

i would just like to know why i cant just copy and paste pics to my post. im trying to post my new sprite in the critics section but i cant. any other way i can do this or a way i can copy and paste it to my post?

i know the forum FAQ has this in there but  i need a little more clarification

You'll need to copy the image's location (it must be a URL, you can't post images from your computer) and then put it in the image tags like this:

[img]URL[/img]

For free image hosting you can use sites such as ImageShack, Photobucket, etc., or get free hosting. There's threads about hosting. Look for them.

Also, threads like this are probably better suited to the General Discussion forum.
