Creating Main Title

I created a game. Now I want to create the main title, where I can choose "Start a new game", "Restore" and "Quit". How can I create this?

Two ways to do that: a GUI, or a new room.

You can do a search, this question has been asked several times. Try terms like "start screen", "title screen"  etc.
