I got problems like thinking of animating the icon with view in gui. but I don't know how it works...

English isn't your first language, is it?

If I can make sense of your question, you just want to have a desktop with an animated icon.

Most in-game desktops in AGS games are simply rooms (with the player hidden): the desktop background is the room background, and any things that need to be interactive or animated are typically objects. Making an animated object is a simple task in AGS, and if you've gone through the tutorial and can look stuff up in the manual you should be able to do it.
