Hey there! Form doesn't work! At least not for me!
I tried out what Scummbuddy told me, but that's not working either! I log in, it tells me I'm in, but when I try to post something in the advanced forum it tells me "sorry, you must either log in or register". Aghhhh.

Well, and my question is...
How can I setup the text colours used in the dialog choices? Is there any function to set that, or any game variable that holds those values?

Thanks in advance.

I think that your browser maybe has cookies disabled... you need them on to log in to the forums

As for the etxtcolours, choose a color from the Palette section, note the number and then use it for your character's speech color (under the characters section in the editor)

Thanks Scottish Hero; maybe you're right, maybe it's all about cookies. I 'll check that out.

But, about the colours, I'm not asking about the colours used when something IS SAID (that is, the coloured speech text that shows above the character's head) BUT the colours used when displaying the dialog CHOICES (the text lines that are there for the player to choose, and that highlight in a different colour when the mouse cursor is over them), in a custom dialog GUI.

How can I change THAT ?

Oh, and how can I change that font?

As usual, thanks in advance.

Scummbuddy

for fonts

go to your ags help file/manual
go to the search pane
type in font
scroll down to the bottom, should be 2nd to last
this is called 'setting up the game'
select that
then in the pane to the right, click on fonts and it will bring you to more information than you ever wanted to know. ;)
- Oh great, I'm stuck in colonial times, tentacles are taking over the world, and now the toilets backing up.
- No, I mean it's really STUCK. Like adventure-game stuck.

Thanks Scummbuddy, but...  I had already seen that info, and...  I don't think it is THAT complete. The answer to my quesions is not here.
The "outline font" stuff is not very clear there. Does a font need to be special in order to use it as an "outline" font, or what? Cause I tried several fonts to be the "outline" of my speech font, and it never worked.
And another thing (somebody answer this please)
how can I customize the colours of the dialog choices shown in the dialog gui? (LucasArts style)

Well, thanks again.
