I've read an old posting that AGS will be support UNICODE next version.

I'm not sure that it's true or just expectation

Anyway, Could I use UNICODE like japanese or korean latest version of AGS?

No. As far as I know TTF are still limited to the basic 256 symbols. I'm not sure whether there is someone working on it though.
