PCX is a graphics format.

QuotePCX is the file extension for the PC Paintbrush bitmap file associated with ZSoft.

It's probably a screenshot.

According to Wickerpedia.org (http://www.wiccanpedia.com/index.php) PCX is also lossless. Interesting...I never knew.

If it was created by AGS, then it's probably a screenshot, as Khris said. Otherwise - as Khris also said, so I don't know why I felt compeled to post - it's just another image format. Paintshop Pro can handle it, so can Photoshop, and I'm sure a whole load of other image programs that I don't have access to right now. (But not MS Paint, or the Windows Image Viewer.)

Why do you want to know? Is there actually an AGS Technical question in there, or should I move this thread somewhere more appropriate?

EDIT:
OK, since vegito hasn't replied - or even been online for a few days - I'll just assume this is resolved and lock it. If there IS more to it, PM me and I'l re-open and move it as needed.
