Music and how to import it

I've been searching all over the site, but I just can't work out how to o it, please help!

just put your music in the game folder and name it like:
music01
music03
music04
and for sounds it is soundXX instead.
just like naming rooms!
then when you want to use the music just write 1 for music01 2 for music02 etc

I'm not sure I understand. WHERE do I do it(In the AGSEdit executable)?

in the room editor.
it should say something like play music: and an empty box
put the number there
