Title: . exe files missing
Post by: sunshinegold on Tue 13/07/2004 22:04:17
How come when we download AGS games we don't always have the .exe file to play. ???

Example: VonLudwig,  Pizza Quest.

I get the ACWin.exe but not the Ludwig.exe  making it impossible to open/play the game.

ACWIN is the old-fashioned way to run AGS games (although not all older games run this way)  You have to tell ACWIN to run the data file in the folder, can't quite remember how at the moment though.

Thanks for answering me, but I know nothing about programming or technical stuff.  :-[

So if it is possible, please give me more details as to what to do :(

How do I tell ACWIN to run the data file in the folder. ???

Please be more specific.
