Yep totally new to AGS!
Last night finsihed a new font. Great woohoo .. Now to display the right bracket [
via:
Characters > Interaction > Game - Display a message

Do i have to encaspulate this character or use some other special method?

It's not currently possible, I'm afraid:

Edit:
If you really need it, you can use the bracket graphic for another character and use that one in the message.
