Need a good Font Editor

Hi all,

Little warning: might be a little off topic!

I have been searching for a good way to create fonts for my adventure game myself.

Somewhere I read you could use the font editor of another adventure creator (AGI?) but when I tried it the program works but the font editor crashed constantly. It is probably my Windows 98SE, but I cannot make a font using this tool.

I don't know how you all create your fonts or just use fonts other people created, but as I don't want to infrig on copyrights *and* want a cool and original font.

Are there any other ways for me to create a font using another application? Perhaps any of you have a good suggestion

Yes, this is somewhat off-topic. The rules clearly state that off-topcic posts do not belong here. In these forums, only post where it's approprate.

HOWEVER, I can make an exception in this case, because the SCI format seems to be exclusive to AGS and SCI Studio and is therefore rare, and the only two programs in existance to create/edt SCI fonts are SCI Studio and Radiant's program.

So it's been added to the BFAQ...albeit somewhat reluctantly.
