Tell us more! What have you tried? My guess is that you imported the SPRITES but forgot to change the VIEWS.

Open the views editor, double click on the sprites you want to change and voilà .

It's explained in the BFAQ (http://americangirlscouts.org/agswiki/Graphics%2C_Characters%2C_Text_%26_Rooms#Creating_your_own_characters) which you're supposed to read before posting here.

The .cha Format is specific to AGS; only characters exported from AGS can be imported.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Tripper1977, if that IS the problem - make sure to read the manual and the BFAQ, and search the forms, before posting in the future. If you actaully are having trouble importing a .cha file you've got from somewhere (e.g. a RON character), you need to be a bit more specific about what's going wrong.
