How do u add flic animations? I've created a situation where my character pulls a lever, and i want a cutscene/animation to happen, how would i add this? And how do you create intro's?
I read the manual and it just talks in riddles! HELP PLEASE!!!

How do you PLAY flic animations? With the PlayFlic() command. If you're having some problem with that, you'll need to be more specific about what.

How do you MAKE flic animations? That one's more complicated, and not actually anything to do with AGS - but I'll give you an answer anyway. You either need a program capable of saving .flc / .fli files such as Paint Shop Pro's Animaton Shop (being the only one I can think of off-hand - the Big List of Paint Programs might have some - free - alternatives, or you could try Google), or an existing animation (e.g. an avi, or animated gif) and a program to convert that to Flic (the manual recommends Smacker Tools but others might have better suggestions - don't ask for them in Beginner's Tech, though).

The next bit depends on how you want the character/object to animate (.flc 'cutscene', or just Character.Animate(...)), and what you mean by "intro's". The short answer is: You add whatever commands are needed to make it do what you want.
Read the BFAQ entry 'Adding an intro/cutscene to your game', then read through the manual again, then ask back if there's something specific you're having a problem with.
I know what you're thinking ... Don't think that.

Never mind about flic files, how would i add a cutscene by going through object interaction? Cause i dont really understand all the scripting codes and stuff!

EDIT:
Ill specify what i need to do! Basically i want my character to pull a lever (which i've done), i then want an object in another room to start animating! Is this possible? And can you do it through object interaction and avoid the scripting?
