Help with inventory GUI

hi I have tryed to make an inventory GUI with no avail... Please could someone out there help me I wihs it to look like this....

What have you tried so far?
How isn't it working (can't get GUI to appear, can't get GUI to disappear, GUI is onscreen but controls don't work, etc)?

Without those details, there's not a great deal we can do to help, beside the very basic - which you might already have tried.
Basically:
1) Import the background graphic.
2) Import the button graphics.
3) In the GUI editor, change INVENTORY to use your cgraphics, and move the buttons to where you want them.
