"If you check the "Use continuous scaling" box, then rather than just specifying a zoom level for the whole walkable area, you specify a min and max zoom level."

Never mind I found it in the walkable area section

If you are reading about room settings, you should be looking at the 'room options' pane, so reading the manual would be helpful to you.
