Sprite Issue

Hey, I have browsed the help file numerous times as well as the technical forums and FAQ. I couldn't appear to find a solution, but if there is one out there..I'm sorry to be a nuisance.

My problem is as follows.

This is brock: Click here

When I upload brock, or any other sprite for that matter, there appears to be a rather annoying outline. Click here .

I was wondering if there might be a way around this? or whether I'm doing something wrong?

Sorry about this, I'm new to AGS. Brock is my first character and I've yet to make a game. (I have been using photoshop for several years though).
