room without charcter model

i need to have my character leave a room and enter another room...only without char model.  ie enter coffee shop, have next room be closeup of counter...i cant figure out how to switch rooms without bringing my character with it.  

anyone have any clues?

Erm.. not quite sure what ure asking... but if u mean that when the character walks up to the counter there is a close up of it.. you just have so when the player steps on that area it goes to a new room and in that room, in the room editor make sure 'Hide Player Character' is checked..

Yep thats exactly what i wanted.  the closeup doesnt include the ground so i couldnt have the character walking around.  thanks.
