Hi everybody - my first post here :)

Just wanted to check something - I've downloaded and installed the latest version of the studio, but none of the GUI templates I've downloaded and put into the installed directory (where Verb Coin.agt, Empty Game.agt and Default Game.agt resides) seems to be picked up by the editor when I start a new project. Could this be because these were not made specifically for AGS 3.01? I am specifically talking about the AGT's made by Lucasfan.

Also, I have tried the MI2 for AGS2.71.AGT I've found in the modules and templates section as a test. My guess is I'm either doing something wrong by just copying them into the directory, or AGS 3.0.1 can't load templates from previous versions? If the latter, would there be a way to convert these - and if so - how? I would really like to use some of the sprites in those templates.

Regards
Ruan

Download the respective older version of AGS to open the templates.

If it's only about the sprites, this is all you'll need.

If you want to use an old template with 3.0.1, open it with 2.72, save it, then load it with 3.x
