Um, this sounds like a dumb question, but HOW THE CRAP ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO CHANGE CHARACTER GRAPHICS?!?  I have NO FREAKING CLUE!!!  Sorry, could someone help me?

If you mean importing your own character over the "Roger" sprites, all you have to do is right click on the sprite in the "sprite manager" and in the menu "import over sprite".

or you could just import your characters sprites in the "sprite manager" and create a new view and choose those sprites in the view. Then create a new character and set the character to that view.

It's all pretty simple once you've done it once, if you have any more problems try looking at the "Setting up the game" part in the manual.
