Font Colour?

Hey... Still new, so go easy. I like the default font on AGS, it's fine. The only problem is that it's red. I need it to be white. Does this mean I have to create a whole new font and import it, or is there a way to just change the colour. I checked the help file on  font but it mainly just said how to import different fonts. Help would be appreciated.

As far as i could understand you, red color of the font is the color with which your character speaks or when you use "DisplaySpeech" command.

The solution to this problem is easy.

In AGS interface you have a tab which says Palette, right after Global Messages. By selecting it and chosing the color depth you may move the sliders in order to see the color and its number. Remember this number of your prefered color and than go to teh characters tab and find there "Talking Color" text. enter the color number into the box next to this text and voila! you have your speech color

Psst. The fifteen first colors of the 8-bit palette are easier to use, unless you need a certain shade of the color. Like, 4 is red, and 15 is white, 1 is blue....Ã,  (IIRC)

Yes, users of BASIC (and QBasic) will know the 16-color pallette well, like myself...

0 - black (transparent in some AGS uses)
1 - dark blue (navy)
2 - dark green
3 - dark cyan (teal)
4 - dark red (maroon)
5 - dark purple
6 - brown (dark yellow, technicall)
7 - light gray (silver)

and the last half are lighter versions of the first half (dark gray is considered a lighter version of black, and white a lighter version of light gray):

8 - dark gray (light black?)
9 - bright blue
10 - lime green
11 - cyan
12 - red
13 - violet (pink)
14 - yellow
15 - white (lighter light gray?)

There ya have it. The second half is a lighter version of the first half, that's how I remember it. And it goes from 0-15.
