I'm a real noobie. Having problems testing game

I have been working mainly on RPG XP for the past year or so and I decided to do some thing new so today I downloaded AGS. I'm on the second tutorial and when I test my game it comes up with a blank screen and I have no idea what to do. Please can you help.

Particularly if you have an LCD monitor:

In the editor, do File->Setup Game and click the box to run in a window instead of full-screen.

I works and it doesn't work. It appeares which is brilliant but I can't move poor Roger.

Have you created a walkable area, and is roger on it?

yes and yes. The mouse is stuck on the window and normal mouse is outside the window.

I've made him move but you have to right click the top of the window.

If any application in windows is not the focussed one, you'll have to click on it to use it.

And don't double-post, please. I suggest reading the Sticky threads at the top of this forum...
