Title: Keyboard Movement_102.ash file missing - Retrieve where?

A friend of mine (Geork) sent me a test game (because we are working together on one) is using keyboard movement. But when he sent me the game, it didn't include the file which is named in the subject.

Where can I get this? I have looked in the resources and found it, however it was .101  ???

You shouldn't need to download this though -- if the game already includes it then he should have sent you that file as part of the game files that he sent you.

The engine wouldn't let me into it without it.

Well the point is, if the game is using that file, but you don't have that file, then the person who sent you the game hasn't sent you all the game files.
