Short answer: No.

Longer answer: Depends on what did you mean by "3D", you can definitely use prerendered "3D" graphics, but if you're aiming for a real time polycrap rendering game it may be possible to do some basic stuff, with some considerably large amount of scriptings or using some plugins (in other words, find some other programmes if you're serious about it, simply because AGS wasn't primarily designed for that).
