There's a simple demo of a fight game in AGS HERE, but it'd help if you were more specific about what you want - AGS might not be the best engine for a beat-em-up, but anything's possible. It's unlikely anyone will be able to make you a video tutorial (although there are a few around), especially without knowing exactly what you want.

And, in the future, please use more descriptive thread titles.
