module/ template troubles

I downloaded a module from an ags resource site. It didn't come with a read me so I have no idea what to do with this thing. It is a Simpson's template with file extension .agt  Can someone help me please.  I got it from this site:

It's not a module, it's a template. Check the BFAQ for how to use them.
