Just double click ags.chm (or ags-help.chm for the coming version), you can also press F1 to access it in the editor.

and this is why the ags help file was renamed in the current beta...


but, even if you didnt know that, you could go to the tool menu on the top, near file, edit, and such, and move over to the aptly named "help" from where you can find a link to the manual
