Title: music for games
Post by: on Wed 28/12/2005 18:58:17
Is there any place where I can download music (midi preferably) that can be freely used in my game?

Do you mean I can use these midis in my freeware game that I distribute through the my website and I won't have any copyright problems?

The companies own your ass if you use them, practically. Even if you put a disclaimer.

It isn't too hard to whip up a midi yknow...

I disagree with you Elliott. Companies have shown very little interest in freeware games (especially these AGS ones) that are using their music in midi format this far. So I think Cruz can safely use those midis if they want to. Also, midi can be hard to make if you know nothing about making music.

Word of advice to you Cruz: You should start this kind of threads in General Discussion, since this sub-forum is only for AGS technical questions. Thank you and welcome to forums. :)
