When I try to open a new topic in the Game Development section I receive an error message, although I have registered and logged in. (I have username and password).

"Sorry, as you are not registered and logged in, you may only start a new thread in the Beginners Technical Forum and the Hints and Tips forum. Until you register you can only reply to existing topics in this forum."

Do I have to fill out more registration forms!

Make sure you have Cookies enabled in your browser.
Also, when you log in, make sure that the box next to "always stay logged in" is checked.

We get so many of these threads. I'm going to create a sticky topic answering this question.

One thing you can try is making sure cookies are enabled in your browser, and that there are no limitations involved at all. Also, if possible, make sure security levels are the lowest for this site (www.agsforums.com).
