hi, have any problems with editor and Need HELP

- look for the Original Monkey Island 1-2 Characters as *.cha to import

- following Scenario, theres a person who comes to me an i want to use a Ladder to punch him and then i want to have a Broken ladder and he Goes Right of the screen or fall down, Does anyone can give me code ??

You're going to need to give a bit more information on what you want help with.

1) Some very hard-working people may have created .cha files for old MI characters, but I've never looked into it, so I don't know. We only have DOS executables for those, and we can't exactly open them in AGS and fiddle around with them.

2) Most of the work there is going to be animation. I'm not sure what you need help coding...do you need help with the inventory item aspect, or in the cutscene aspect? Either way, I'm sure reading the manual would help.

1) There are some MI characters in the juncsource Collection. There're not .cha though - .cha are compiled characters, all you really need are the images and you can make the character yourself.

2) What DinghyDog said. The (very little) coding that would need can be found by reading the manual, the BFAQ (note: temporary address only), or by searching the forums. If you've looked in all those places, and still can't find anything, chances are you're just looking for the wrong things. Ask more specific questions and describe what you want to do in detail (e.g. is the ladder an on screen object or an inventory item? How do you want this triggered? Is it a puzzle or a cutscene?) and someone will be better able to point you in the right direction. However, as I said, read up a little before you ask again.

ok, now in detail

1Room. I pickup the Ladder

3Room. i talk to Security
"look the monkey" (complete)

Guybrsh take automatically the Ladder and Attack the Security they Run Away or Fall Down (what easyer for you) and in my Inventory i have a Broken Ladder (i have images of ladder +Broken)

Dealt with in the tutorial that comes with AGS, specificaly Lesson 4 - Objects. Also available on line HERE.

Room 3.
As DinghyDog said, this is mostly done with animation - you'll need to create an animation of Guybrush swinging the ladder (or find one that's already been done, if there is one), and one of the Security guy falling over. Look up AnimateCharacter and SetCharacterView, and Lesson 3 -  Hotspots, Edges and Interactions. (This deals with interacting with Hotspots, but it's exactly the same for characters.)

See? All in the manual - once you know where to look, anyway.

And PLEASE, PLEASE try out the tutorials from the main AGS page before doing ANYTHING in AGS. It will help you A LOT and you won't end up asking questions that people should already know the answers to. It is strongly suggested for a reason!
