Two silly questions

1.Imagine a street. It is raining. I can't do just an animated background, because rain won't show on characters and objects.

2. Imagine dark room. It is dark. After some interaction, it won't be dark anymore, and you will be able to see all items etc. Do It have to be two different rooms, or big black object in front or sth?

1. Imagine a plugin. It is called the rain and snow plugin, by Scorpiorus.

2. Imagine using a big black object. It gets in the way of interactions. Imagine using a separate room. It works! Huzzah!
