sound files and talking

I know how to add the  main &1 blah blah blah
So when they talk they have sound too . but I can't find the first question in the scripts .
Options names:  
In the Dialog box  you add the first string but where do you add the  Main &1 blah blah  in the script ?
Or do you just add that infront in the options names :  
If you don't know what I mean I can toss a screen shot up .

Well that worked adding it in front of the options names box's ..
