I was playing that OROW2 game named Anna
and it was too damn slow on my pc

my game going to have a room and there is lots of places to interact
im afraid im gonna have to put lots of objects and the game will slowdown

Is there any way to increase the number of hotspots for detailed rooms on next version of AGS?

Don't know why Anna is slow, I didn't make it.  AGS isn't particularly slow if you're careful... a lot of places to interact shouldn't be a problem.

For now, there are ways around the hotspot limitation, by checking the mouse coordinates to see if they are in specific quadrants, where clicked.
- Oh great, I'm stuck in colonial times, tentacles are taking over the world, and now the toilets backing up.
- No, I mean it's really STUCK. Like adventure-game stuck.

Anna was actually pushing the engine to a limit, it used lots of effects such as transparencies, etc.
Also, read the manual:
QuoteBecause of the nature of the game's graphics (constantly having far more than 20 objects and guis on the screen at one time) the game can run choppily on slow computers.

If you have a slow computer, it may increase your frame rate to change to windowed mode.

So that game is expected to be slow on some computers. Generally when you make a "normal" game you shouldn't need to care much about it, (unless you're making a hires 32-bit game).
