Title: Problem with sprite created with Photoshop

Sorry for my English, this is the question:

I created sprites of my character with photoshop, but when i load those on AVG, here is what happen:
When i load sprite from hdd:

And how is ingame:

The rectangle on his head...why??

did you overlay a layer in PS and used a blend mode on it? This can be invisible/barely visible in PS over the transparent background but AGS can't handle the blendmode and this happens. Try saving as gif or pong8 and reopen in imageeditor, maybe this makes it visible there.

Your sprite file uses alpha transparency. This will only work if your game's color depth is set to 32bit (you can set that in General settings).
Otherwise, every pixel that isn't 100% transparent ends up being fully visible.

Whether you decide to use alpha transparency or not, you should definitely clean up the sprite like Selmiak suggested.

can AGS handle Photoshop blendmodes over transparency in PNGs in 32 bit? That would be great...
