Masking Walk Behinds

Is there a more accurate way to mask walk behinds in AGS.  With photos it's quite difficult and I can't get it accurate enough.  Here is the image below, I want to mask the chair and the table at the bottom of the screen.

What is the quickest and most effective way to do it.

You can use Photoshop to create the mask, then import it. There is no quicker way. But at least you don't have to rely on AGS's drawing tools.
Alternatively, you can use an object. That way you can probably use alpha channels. Don't know for sure though.

yeah the "best" way to do it is to extract the objects from the background, clone the area behind and then use them as objects with alpha blended edges. but that would take a fair amount of work and rotoscoping skill.

Guess there is no harm in trying out the above techniques :)
