Scripting Error: Invalid File Handle

Okay I'm not 100% sure if this is a simple scripting error or not so if this is misplaced my apologies and please direct me to where I should post this.

I tried installing the newest version of KQ2: Romancing the Stones but although it installs and will play the opening when I go to click play I get thrown out with the following error message.



Any advise would be greatly appreciated as I'd love to be able to play the game.

Admin rights? Why? Did I do something wrong with my post that only Admin are permitted to do? I didn't mean to step on any toes I read the sticky threads and they said to post this here exactly as I did. I just want to work out a way past this problem so I can play the game....

Khris was asking if you have admin rights with your Windows account which could be preventing the game from creating the files.
