Placing the dialog box towards the bottom of the screen.

I'm curious on what is the method of having the dialog box to the bottom of the screen?

Please clarify, what is the "dialog box" you are refering to? Is it a gui with some options, a message, a speech text, anything else?

All of the above would be good, but primarily have the Sierra style dialog box but at the bottom instead of the top.
