Title: Sprite importing gone wild! help!

when ever I import a sprite into AGS, the colors invert... any suggestions??

If you haven't already, goto "palette" in the AGS menu and press "change game colour depth".

Changing it to 16-bit should be good enough.

EDIT: erm, also, never noticed this was in the Critics lounge o_O. I'm pretty sure it should be in the BTech Forum...

Thank you so much. Must sound like a pretty stupid question. I downloaded this program last year... time to actually make a game!! How do I get the purple out of the background?

erm, you mean when importing sprites? The purple is the area that will be transparent.

edit: oh, no offence or anything, but you should consider reading the manual that comes with the program. A simple search for "sprites" gives all the information you need on importing, for example.
